fds first update

im doin it kim!!!! ok so i'm joining this fdos thing thanks for the encouragement. So the unofficial rundown my starting weight is 193 I hope to loose 30 by spring but my over all goal weight is 153. I plan to start of with the master cleanse diet just to get myself mentally and physically prepared to change my eating habits. From there I intend to sign up for Weight Watchers or count calories I haven't made up my mind yet. As for exercise I plan on going to the gym 2-3 times a week or at least do zumba or dance dance revolution when i can't make it. If you have a comment on what you think is healthy or not keep it to yourself everyone is different live with it....i'm not on here to fight i'm here to loose!
